Welcome to The Middle Way, a blog on the journey between the extremes that separate us.
Despite how dedicated we are to our convictions and beliefs, we will always find someone who sees things differently. The most difficult thing we can ever do is to hold our beliefs in an open hand without feeling the need to defend them from others, even from ourselves. When we hold our ground we not only stop learning but we actually create a separation between ourselves and others that wasn’t there before. As time has gone on it has become necessary to remind readers that I am not perfect. Although I seek the Middle Way, I am just that, another seeker on the road. I am guilty of being clouded by my own judgements and biases at times. This is a journey, not a destination.
This page is about the journey between the extremes, where conflict cannot survive. This is the journey of the middle way.
