Let’s say your kid was going to take the SATs in a couple of months, and ahead of time they began to complain that the SAT is a scam BECAUSE people like them usually don’t score well on it. And, let’s say that for proof of their claims, they offered up to you that “That’s what lots people are saying!”

Would you assume they were telling the truth, or would you think that they were setting your expectations for failure because they didn’t do a good job preparing?

Seriously, how can anyone buy this crap a month before an election where the candidate is chasing every shiny squirrel who says his name?!
